This webinar was a part of the Y-TAC Fall 2018 Webinar Series – Engaging & Supporting Youth: Achieving Employment Success. This webinar discussed national trends and needs of this population as well as provided examples of coordination and best practices. Specific topics included outreach strategies, youth goals/activities, working together locally, and ready to use resources. Jacy Farkas highlighted Arizona’s work with Foster Care Youth populations (including foster youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities), effective collaboration, and utilizing Person Centered Planning.
