Increasing Today’s Diverse Workforce: The Customized Employment Model for Disadvantaged Populations

During this session at the 2019 National APSE Conference, the presenters will provide a focused look at Customized Employment (CE) and the Essential Elements of Customized Employment document which is critical for supporting disadvantaged youth in obtaining employment. Participants will propose ideas for how CE can be used to benefit disadvantaged youth and employers and leave with the knowledge and skills to begin their own journey.
