Webinar – WIOA Title I for VR Professionals: Shared Goals and Potentials for Partnership

This webinar was designed to help vocational rehabilitation (VR) professionals gain a full understanding of Title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), with an emphasis on portions relating to youth activities. After an introduction to WIOA and the WIOA Title I Youth (WIOA Youth) program, facilitators described ways the WIOA Youth program can assist the VR system achieve employment outcomes. In addition, participants heard directly from a state that has demonstrated success in facilitating partnerships between VR and WIOA Title I programs.
